Behavior Is a System.
Systems Can Be Redesigned.
The Conduct Chronicles works with schools, workplaces, first responder agencies, families, and clinical teams. When behavior is the problem, the system around it is the work.
A classroom, a company, a firehouse, and a family are each a behavioral system.
Each one has actors, inputs, contingencies, and feedback. When the system is designed well, behavior improves and holds. When it is not, no amount of individual effort fixes it. This practice applies 27 years of clinical work to the design of those systems: neuroaffirming, trauma-informed, grounded in the evidence, and practical enough that every engagement ends with something your team can run on its own.

How the Work Runs
Every engagement runs the same loop, whatever the setting. The phases are sequential. The loop is not. Regulation feeds back into assessment until the system holds on its own.
Assess
Map the system as it actually operates. Observation, interviews, and record review. Not the org chart. The real contingencies.
Design
Specify the intervention: what changes, who changes it, and what maintains it once the consultant leaves the room.
Implement
Train the people who run the system. Materials, modeling, and rehearsal. Implementation is a skill, not a memo.
Regulate
Build the feedback loop. Data review, coaching, and adjustment until the system holds without outside support.

- Days to weeks
Comprehensive
A team or program, rebuilt.
- A program, department, or building
- Training series with implementation coaching
- Weeks to months
Partnership
Your behavioral department, retained.
- Organization-wide support

- Annual agreement
Fees are confirmed in writing before any engagement begins.

A consultation is a working session, not a sales call. Bring the problem. If this practice is not the right instrument, you will be told so, and pointed somewhere better.
