27 years of clinical practice
Kathryn Vuckovich
LCPC · LMHC · BCBA · LBA · CCTP · CCS
Twenty-seven years of clinical practice, spanning counseling, behavior analysis, trauma treatment, and clinical supervision. One discipline underneath all of it: understanding why behavior happens, and changing the conditions that keep it happening.
Kathryn Vuckovich founded The Conduct Chronicles to bring that discipline to the institutions where behavior is the daily work: schools, workplaces, first responder agencies, clinical practices, and homes. She holds clinical licenses in Illinois and Indiana, board certification in behavior analysis, and certifications in trauma treatment, clinical supervision, and nervous system regulation protocols.

How Kathryn Works
Neuroaffirming
Neurodivergence is a difference to be designed for, not a deficit to be corrected. Systems are adjusted to the person, and the person is given real skills for the systems they cannot change.
Trauma-informed
Behavior carries history. Assessment accounts for what the nervous system has learned to expect, and intervention never reproduces the conditions that taught it.
Evidence-based
Methods come from applied behavior analysis, clinical counseling, and the regulation literature. If the evidence is thin, you will be told it is thin.
Systems-aware
The unit of analysis is the system, not the individual. A plan that requires a hero to run it is a plan that fails on the hero's day off.
Practical
Every engagement ends in artifacts: protocols, materials, and trained people. Advice that cannot be operated the following Monday is not advice.

Supervision & Consultation
Katie supervises clinicians pursuing BCBA and LCPC credentials and consults on complex cases for practicing clinicians. Supervision is structured, documented, and held to the standards of the relevant boards.

A consultation is a working session, not a sales call. Bring the problem. If this practice is not the right instrument, you will be told so, and pointed somewhere better.
